The diary is open for 2024 bookings and beyond!
The last three seasons we have sold out all dates in the school holidays very fast, so just drop us an email if that's your preferred holiday time so we can get you booked in. We ask for a 10% deposit, with the remainder due three weeks prior to arrival.
Our prices do vary according to the season. However, we have absorbed the increased cost of electric and gas and our 2024 prices are being held at 2023 prices! A week at Crasterway mid season starts at £1,600, with short break, three nights stays from £825. We do also offer late availability pricing too if your dates are available.
We will try and help as much as we can with holiday, with lots of recommendations for eating out, pubs, play areas, activities and castle galore! But if there's anything else we can help with, just ask!
We're a great base from which to discover Northumberland. It's an outdoor kind of county! Walking, cycling, surfing. fishing, golf everywhere you look! Historic market towns, quaint medieval villages, castles, museums, there's a lot to do! Or pitch up on beautiful Embleton Beach, and enjoy our blissfully quiet beaches, sit on the dunes and take in the huge, open skies.
We're very near to a number of first class wedding venues, so why not take the week to prepare and unwind following the big day!
There are the most fantastic links golf courses at Dunstanbrough and Bamburgh, with Goswick and Alnwick
all close by.
Kids love Craster, watching the fishing boats, exploring the rock pools, walking along the cliffs to the historic ruin of Dunstanburgh. There are plenty of play areas, soft play, crazy golf and new for 2023 was the Alnwick Gardens Lilidorei, the largest outdoor play park in Europe! There is a large leisure centre just en minutes away with swimming pool and soft play.
Embleton is the nearest shop for all your supplies, they even do takeaway meals! The Villgae Farm Shop is open 7 days a week and stocks all the basics plus fantastic pies, cakes and more!

We are now taking lots of enquiries for 2022, especially the school holidays, so please do get in touch to make an enquiry.
We understand with the Covid situation, there are still so many uncertainties about travel, so if you book, we ask for a 10% deposit to secure your stay, which is fully refundable should circumstances change and you can't make your dates. We had so many enquiries about the summer months last year and we're sorry we were completely booked, but if you'd like to secure your week for 2022 or 2023 we're happy to get that in the diary for you.

Terms
Reserve your stay at Crasterway with a 10% deposit. If you need to cancel, we'll try and rebook your dates and if we do, we'll return your deposit less marketing costs.

The full amount is due three weeks before arrival, all payments are made using bacs. If you break something small like a glass or plate, we understand, these things happen in in an instant. But please do let us know so we can replace them for our next guests.
If something larger is broken, your safety deposit will not be returned and put towards the replacement cost. Again, please let us know immediately this happens so we can replace anything as soon as we can. We aim to replace items during your stay so you're not inconvienced.​

Arrival is 4pm, and departure is by 10am. This allows our housekeeping team to complete a full Covid clean for you and the laundry to be completely changed. We'll also email you some useful documents of where to visit, how to access the house, restaurants and much more!

The price includes all linens, towels, beach towels, tea towels, oven gloves and dish clothes. You will also find handwash, body wash and shampoo, plus dishwasher tablets and clothes washing tablets, bin liners and a welcome pack.
