We are now taking lots of enquiries for 2022, especially the school holidays, so please do get in touch to make an enquiry.
We understand with the Covid situation, there are still so many uncertainties about travel, so if you book, we ask for a 10% deposit to secure your stay, which is fully refundable should circumstances change and you can't make your dates. We had so many enquiries about the summer months last year and we're sorry we were completely booked, but if you'd like to secure your week for 2022 or 2023 we're happy to get that in the diary for you.

Terms
Reserve your stay at Crasterway with a 10% deposit. If you need to cancel, we'll try and rebook your dates and if we do, we'll return your deposit less marketing costs.

The full amount is due three weeks before arrival, all payments are made using bacs. If you break something small like a glass or plate, we understand, these things happen in in an instant. But please do let us know so we can replace them for our next guests.
If something larger is broken, your safety deposit will not be returned and put towards the replacement cost. Again, please let us know immediately this happens so we can replace anything as soon as we can. We aim to replace items during your stay so you're not inconvienced.​

Arrival is 4pm, and departure is by 10am. This allows our housekeeping team to complete a full Covid clean for you and the laundry to be completely changed. We'll also email you some useful documents of where to visit, how to access the house, restaurants and much more!

The price includes all linens, towels, beach towels, tea towels, oven gloves and dish clothes. You will also find handwash, body wash and shampoo, plus dishwasher tablets and clothes washing tablets, bin liners and a welcome pack.
